In this episode and after a catch up between Leighton & Eddie, Golf Club Talk UK share some time with Richard Leeves [GM Chestfield Golf Club]    Richard shares his journey and his first two years in the role as GM at Chestfield GC, including the initial challenges of starting the role through Covid.  How he is influencing the change of culture within his team.
