In this episode, Purple Royale documents the lived experience of Richard, a Transman from Harare, Zimbabwe who was discriminated at a job interview because of his gender identity and expression. This evidence based reality highlights the struggles Trans and Intersex persons experience when seeking employment. Let’s end the stigma, decent work and improved livelihoods is a basic human right for all.
