Richard's Outburst

On April 21, 2012, a noise complaint in rural Florida led police to a neighbor’s property. A gunshot was heard and a bullet struck a police car. Richard Barker, a diabetic man in his fifties, was brought in for questioning; he claimed he had been shooting a pellet gun earlier, but shells found at the scene contradicted his account. This JCS-inspired video presents the final interrogation of Richard Barker and examines the interrogation dynamics and the likely psychology behind his responses. #truecrime #documentary #psychology Learn more about your ad choices.
