Tom's guest is Richmond Davis, the Republican nominee for U.S. House of Representatives from Maryland’s 7th District. He is running against the incumbent, Rep. Elijah Cummings, a Democrat, who has served in Congress since 1996. Richmond Davis is a lawyer in private practice in Columbia, admitted to the bar in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has an undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
