In der heutigen Podcast-Folge spreche ich über den Verkauf vor dem eigentlichen Verkauf. Es geht darum, dass die eigene Präsentation, von sich als UnternehmerIn oder von einer Immobilie bereits der erste "Vorverkauf" ist, bevor es um den eigentlichen "Verkauf" geht. So muss man sich selbst / die Immobilie schon mal ansprechend beim Gegenüber, beim Interessenten, beim potenziellen Verkäufer präsentieren, bevor man überhaupt einen tatsächlichen Verkaufsabschluss erzielen kann. Dies gilt sowohl für Immobilien die verkauft werden, Immobilien die vermietet werden, Ferienimmobilien die gebucht werden, als auch UnternehmerInnen die beauftragt werden. Wenn man also zu Beginn schon nicht überzeugend, repräsentativ ist, wird es auch nicht zu einem entsprechenden Ankaufsgespräch oder gar vorab zu einer Anfrage kommen. So ist es essentiell, dass alle verkaufsfördernden Unterlagen und Medien (Fotos, Videos, 360° Aufnahmen etc.), sowie auch Exposé, Website und Plattform-Eintrag ansprechend und überzeugend sind!
