Today’s guest, Rick Roufus, began his martial arts journey at just 5 years old. Rising quickly through the national point karate circuit, Rick made his professional debut as a kickboxer in his late teens. Early in his career, Rick competed under full-contact rules, where leg kicks, elbow strikes, and knee attacks weren’t permitted. Despite these restrictions, he achieved an impressive 28-0 record before moving into full-contact kickboxing. Over his career, Rick amassed an incredible record: 65 wins in kickboxing, 13 in boxing, and 4 in MMA, fighting in multiple weight classes and across the globe.
