Ride or Die and Therapy- Ep 11 S1

Bert and Ernie. Thelma and Louise. Peanut Butter and Jelly. There are some things that just go together to the very end- sometimes it's something that might be called Ride or Die. You learn to lean on them and they lean on you. They are important to have in life as they help make the tough stuff a little easier. But what happens when they aren't ready or willing or able to help with some of the tough stuff. What if they are but you aren't. That is where therapy comes in. It is important to know that therapy is an option. Therapy is not a dirty word and in combination, they can make the world of difference. Take a listen and join in the conversation.
