Today on the podcast I’m joined by Riley Smith! In March of 2024 Riley ran a U.S. #1 time for the year so far in the 3200 of 8:39, closing his final lap in 58 seconds. He was primed for an incredible season. But shortly after he suffered an injury that put him out for the season. It was a tough break to be so fit and have to shut things down but he’s now a freshman at the University of Florida and he’s not going anyway anytime soon.
