Rina Bowring - Empowering Mums to live alcohol free!

Growing up in South Africa, Rina began using alcohol as a preteen to overcome her social fears. Throughout her teenage years and into her early twenties, she regularly consumed alcohol until she moved to Australia and reduced her drinking. However, after the birth of her son, she felt overwhelmed by motherhood and turned to a daily happy hour with a glass of wine, believing it helped her cope. While this habit continued after the birth of her daughter, Rina eventually lost interest in drinking and tried various methods to control her alcohol consumption. Ultimately, it was The Alcohol Experiment that allowed her to break free.
