Recipes below.Sunny Day2 oz London Dry Gin3/4 oz chamomile-lavender syrup1/2 oz lemon juice1/4 oz Lillet Blanc2 dashes lavender bittersLemon wheel for garnish (the sun)Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.Hank's Coupe1 oz Mezcal1 oz Pimm’s No. 11 oz Lime Juice1 oz Simple SyrupCombine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with something appropriate.
