Rip City Report, Episode 22

It’s been a bit quiet here in Rip City the last few days, so this week’s edition of the Rip City Report with Joe Freeman of The Oregonian and I, Casey Holdahl of various Trail Blazers digital properties, is a bit shorter than usual.
