High Surf Advisory and Rip Current Statement through Friday. Breaking waves reach 10 feet or higher along north-facing beaches. Ocean Park, Piñones, Luquillo, Aguadilla — dangerous conditions. Stay out of the water. The week ahead keeps those breezy trade winds rolling. Highs hold low to mid 80s through the weekend. Monday brings more widespread showers with a 50 percent chance. We're gaining over a minute of daylight each day — spring equinox just three weeks out. If you're hitting the beaches this week, skip the north shore. Those waves aren't playing around. That's your forecast — we'll be back tomorrow.
