Dark Horse Comics seems to be in a death spiral. They fired the founder, Mike Richardson, and not long after announced they were closing all of their TFAW comic retail stores. Now the new boss says he wants to pivot into games and multimedia. This doesn't sound like a comic book publisher anymore.
