"After having a health challenge my last year of teaching HS, I decided that I needed to make some changes. I found fitness and nutrition and totally turned my health around. I then helped turn my husband’s health around by getting him off two medications and drastically improving his overall health. I continued learning how nutrition impacts the body which led me to get a health coaching certificate from IIN. Teaching has always been my passion so health coaching seemed natural to me.  My focus is always helping people feel better, improve their health, life, and mindset. Two years ago I learned about a new field of science that shifted my path. I found a very unique technology that empowers the body to heal itself at the cellular level, it’s the mechanism of healing in the body and more. I now focus on sharing this new technology because it allows me to reach more people and impact more lives all over the world."
