Victor’s beginning is not uncommon; but the ending of his story that he is still writing is nothing short of incredible. Jumping from job to job with little direction he finally found some in the HVAC trade. Referred into the trade by a buddy who himself got started off of a Craig’s List ad, Victor found quick success as an HVAC technician. Growing in skill and ability Victor found great success in his communication and selling abilities. Progressing through companies and careers, Victor now owns multiple business and is giving back to the industry with the development of an HVAC learning app designed to train both technical and soft skills. Victor’s story is inspiring and challenging to keep pursuing greatness in whatever we do.
