Gauteng police are investigating a mass shooting at Jumpers informal settlement in Cleveland, Johannesburg. Twelve people were killed and at least nine others injured after heavily armed suspects opened fire on residents. Rise Mzansi has called for greater accountability and reform in the security sector.
