Rising gang-related violence in Johannesburg

SAfm — There has been a resurgence of gang related violence in some communities around Johannesburg. This is despite a temporary ceasefire that was agreed to by local gangs across the country at the start of the lockdown. In Westbury, Newclare and Riverlea - areas notoriously known for 'gangsterism' and drug peddling - community members say over the last few weeks there has been a number of gang related shooting incidents.
