Rising to Change: COVID-19 and the Narcissist

We are witnessing an epic opportunity to let go of a toxic past and embrace a new reality that is healthier and holds more promise and potential than the last. This is happening in the current global transformation as well as with the recovery experience after a narcissistic relationship. Getting there is no picnic. There will be grief as we release that which is broken and fear of a future without it. But if we can hold on, life can be better.
