Gilda 2 oz Blanco Tequila  1/2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish. Pineapple Freight 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Rum 3/4 oz Velvet Falernum 3/4 oz Benedictine 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice Whip shake all ingredients with a little pebble ice, strain into a highball glass filed with pebble ice, float 2 dashes of Angostura butter and garnish with a Pineapple wedge and sprig of Mint.
