I found it so hard for so many years to find consistency...with anything. Let alone sitting every morning and closing my eyes only to hear how loud the voices were in my head! Yuck! But throughout the years I have found rituals and practises to help put my ego to the side and allow my creativity to flow through. Now I meditate every single day, walk in nature everyday and start the day feeling guided by something greater than the voices in my head.
