River Meditations

There are sacred places in the world, places where we can find peace, rest, breathe, and return to our true selves. What makes a place sacred to you? Well, only you can know what that really is, and when you find that place or if you are truly lucky, places you hang on and guard it with your life.  I have a place like that. It's my river spot and in today's episode, I will take you there. As best as I can I lead you in three river meditations with the hope of letting shit go, breathing and releasing all the tension, and being blasted clean by the rushing river. This river has done all that and more it has cradled me, held me, and sustained me especially during this last year and a half. I hope it does that and more for you and if you haven't found a sacred spot this is the beginning of the discovery for you.  Remember who you are You are worth knowing You are worth loving You are worth being in this world I have spent the last 20 years working in and on my own and others' deconstruction and would love to help you find the support, love, and acceptance you may need to walk through this part of faith or the support to find or nurture your own unique spiritual practice.
