RN Experience before NP Requirements??

In this episode, I explore the arguments for and against the idea that a certain number of years should be required before beginning or applying for NP school. This is a huge topic of debate within the community, and the evidence (or lack thereof) would surprise you. Here, I make a very strong case AGAINST requiring NP applicants to have a certain number of years of experience as a nurse.
