The title speaks for itself. Rules of Acquisition Pt2 (and final) is here, and Scopely has not disappointed in their ability to channel their inner Ferengi. Let's be clear, there are several potentially GOOD things this arc. I will reserve judgement until we're able to see more. But from right out the gate, there's a thing or two that is most certainly and clearly BAD. And one of them is that Scopely has quite literally enacted it's first TAX on the game as it pertains to raiding. Why was this done? What was the logic?
