Road Rage, Loneliness and our Health, and Concert Start Times

A Calgary motorist was killed last week after his vehicle hit a C-train. Could it have been a case of road rage? And does it seem like more drivers losing their cool behind the wheel these days? We discuss this ‘heated’ issue with Julie Christiansen - Registered Psychotherapist and author of the new book The Rise of Rage. Next - research has shown that loneliness is as bad for people's health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day - and it’s been declared the latest public health epidemic.
