ROAD TO BLACK PRIDE: DEVIANT DISCUSSIONS

Step into the dark with the architect of desire himself—Micah Martinez, the mastermind behind Deviant Events. On this stop along our Road to DC Black Pride, we pull back the velvet curtain and dive into the sultry, smart, and subversive world Micah has built for the Black queer community. From body-positive energy to after-dark freedom, he shares how Deviant became more than just a party—it’s a sanctuary, a statement, a whole damn vibe. We get into the politics of pleasure, the power of visibility, and what it means to throw a party where everybody feels seen, sexy, and safe. And baby… the stories? They’ll have you clutching pearls and booking tickets. Get into it with your favorite hosts @iamvonnj & @teenell, and catch the tease on what Deviant’s bringing to this year’s DC Black Pride. ✨ Keep it cute, keep it real, keep it thique. #DeviantAfterDark #ThiqueTalkPodcast #RoadToPride #BlackQueerExcellence #DCBlackPride #KeepItThique #MicahMartinez #PleasureWithPurpose
