In this episode of the ASIAL Security Insider Podcast, we speak with Chris Miller, Pandemic Recovery, Emergency & Business Continuity Manager at B4Crisis. Chris is a Recipient of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Australasia Industry Personality Award (2018) and was named as one of the top 20 Influencers in Security and Fire in 2019 by IFSEC Global. Chris has worked with a wide variety of  Australian Government agencies including ACT Health and FACS NSW emergency management covering response, recovery & planning as well as having consulted with a range of private, public and 'not for profit' organisations and was involved in writing in Australia’s current pandemic response plans. We speak with Chris about the road forward as we emerge from the second wave of the Corona Virus pandemic. What will security companies need to to do to ensure the safety of staff and their organisation over the next 12 months? When might we see a vaccine? How effective might that be? What might the next six months look like in Australia and are there other strategies security companies need to employ to ensure greater safety for staff and the public while minimising the chances of virus transmission?
