A major road project in the North Hills starts today. Penndot says the traffic restrictions  will span from Hardt Road in Richland Township to Mingo Road in Marshall Township.The project is expected to last thru late fall. Restrictions will be in place daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and overnight from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. PennDOT is also announcing lane restrictions on northbound I-79 in Robinson and Kennedy townships today and tomorrow. The lane restriction will be between the Exit 59 interchange and a half mile north of Exit 60 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. while construction workers survey and layout concrete patch work.
