In a first-ever doubleheader edition of the Content With Media ‘Podcast With Leadership’ series, host Peter Haddock talks to Rob and Merrill Lynch, brothers and directors of Lynch Plant Hire, who help to run it with their father, MD and Founder, Liam Lynch. This edition is sponsored by LiuGong Direct UK, one of the UK's leading construction equipment suppliers with direct sales and service support to its customers. The podcast also supports a similar series of articles in the print edition of Earthmovers Magazine. Lynch Plant Hire is one of the UK’s leading plant hire companies and Rob and Merrill have grown up learning the ropes from a very young age, as listeners will discover. Peter speaks to them about how they are moving the business forward, supporting the industry to bring innovations to customers, investing in skills, training, equipment and much more. Talking on a podcast for the first time, the brothers also share their vision for the future and thoughts on how the industry can be more productive and inclusive. With the launch of a new machine control division, the business is also set to increase its technology-driven capabilities. It’s a refreshing insight into a business that is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and one which shows how dedicated and passionate its leaders are to take it forward into the future.
