Rob Gearing- The Ethos of Spartan

Rob Gearing is the founder of Spartan Precision Equipment which makes hands down the best bi-pod on the market, The Javelin. As a hunter and outdoorsman, Rob's needs were not being met by the bi-pods on the market, so he did what all great entrepreneurs do, he created a new product that met his needs and filled a hole in the marketplace. In this episode, Ryan and Rob talk a bit about product innovation but mostly discuss all the wild places hunting can take you and contrasting views between the hunting and non-hunting world.
