Rob Ingram has been immersed in martial arts for over 27 years, achieving a 3rd-degree black belt in karate, a 3rd-degree black belt in Lissajous-Do, and a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As a fighter, Rob boasts an impressive record, going 6-0 as an amateur boxer and 4-2 as an amateur kickboxer. He spent two years on the international martial arts team “Full Circle” and ran his own martial arts school for four years. For the past decade, Rob has been consulting for martial arts businesses and founded McDojoLife 11 years ago.
