Rob Mason on mindset and an incredible Coast to Kosci victory

It's not often you get to sit down and chat to one of Australia's best ultra runners and throw whatever questions you like at them, but that's exactly what I got to do with 2022 Coast to Kosci Winner Rob Mason.The win in the grueling 240km endurance race was Rob's sixth attempt, seeing a 12-year dream realised in the process.
