He’s a big believer of fate so he believes that he would’ve always found out about it.  John believes in being very grateful but also optimistic about what you need and desire. It’s about having a positive mindset that has helped John so much on his journey.  Even if you’re having a bad day remember… even if it’s not amazing right now, things could be a whole lot worse.  It’s good to have gratitude first thing in the morning as it sets the tone for your day. A good way to do this is to write down 1 unique thing every day that you’re grateful for.  In Johns spare time he’s passionate about health and wellness. Be aware of the foods that make you feel rubbish and the ones that can improve the quality of your sleep.  John finds it best to stay consistent by working in bulk. For example, having 10–15 interviews scheduled in on one day, it only means that you only need to excuse one day of the week rather than doing 1 interview every day and getting burnt out.  John predicts that a lot of money is coming into podcasting so that the ‘prodcasters’ (Professional podcasters) will become more of a thing. He also believes that people will become more micro niche.    BEST MOMENTS   ‘There’s a tonne of opportunity in the world’.   ‘You have to start your day off with gratitude’.   ‘Have time to have a mind refresh’.   ‘Being in different places and scenarios can help to bring new ideas’   ‘Go from success to significant’.   ‘Be open to new experiences and have fun.’    VALUABLE RESOURCES  https://www.thepropertynomads.com/mentorship  ‘But To Let: How to Get Started’ by Rob Smallbone ABOUT THE HOST  Rob Smallbone, Rachael Taylor and Matt McSherry, the hosts of The Property Nomads Podcast, are on a global mission to guide your success.
