Rob Wright to Lead BYU’s NBA Pipeline | BYU Cougars Basketball News

Coach Kevin Young is buzzing about Rob Wright’s explosive potential to lead BYU’s offense next season, envisioning a free-flowing attack reminiscent of his breakout year. With key additions like Chandler, Wahlin, and Betsey, and a few center spots still open, the Cougars are rebuilding with grit. Despite last season’s brutal injuries—including Richie Saunders’ ACL tear—they pulled off stunning wins against top-10 teams. Now, with Nate Pickens back and others rehabbing carefully, the roster is healing. Young’s NBA pipeline vision is paying off: Egor Demin and AJ Dybantsa are making waves, drawing elite recruits like Bruce Branch. Sophomore Khadim Mboup is poised for a breakout, showing elite stats in the Big 12 tournament and possibly returning to center. Navigating the chaos of NIL and the transfer portal, Young admits it’s tough—but he’s adapting. His secret? Rebounding and chemistry. With a roster assembled in a flash, BYU’s goal? A deep tournament run. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
