Robe Rage: Gingrich Claps Back

In today’s episode, Josh dives into powerful commentary from former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who is raising the alarm on what he calls a “judicial dictatorship.” Gingrich argues that the federal judiciary has overstepped its constitutional boundaries—especially in politically charged cases involving former President Donald Trump—and warns that America is on the verge of a constitutional reckoning. Josh breaks down Gingrich’s claims that unelected judges are becoming the most dominant force in government, pushing a political agenda rather than interpreting the law. With the 2024 election looming large, we discuss what a Republican victory could mean for reining in judicial power, restoring the balance between the three branches of government, and pushing back on what many see as weaponized justice. Tune in as Josh and Jamie unpack: * Gingrich’s critique of judicial activism * The constitutional roots of this growing tension * What a second Trump term might look like for the federal courts * Whether America is due for another “Reagan-style course correction” Don’t miss this important conversation about power, the Constitution, and the future of American governance. 📲 Listen now on your favorite podcast platform and join the conversation!
