Robert Bruno has been coaching for over 30 years. He started NorCal Baseball 28 years ago. They have sent over 500 guys to Division I baseball and 52 guys now in the major leagues including 10 guys that I made the All-Star team and a couple MVPs. Some of NorCal’s former players include Joc Pederson, Troy Tulowitzki and Brandon Crawford. Norcal’s program is about developing players on and off the field. It’s important to have great character and to be a great teammate because that will take you along way in life. It’s not just not about playing it’s about being ready to be your very best in life.
