At 6:20pm on Thursday, July 23rd, 2020, a high-speed criminal car chase ended in a spectacular car crash. A Toyota ute rolled and smashed through the road barrier before landing back on its wheels. As many Gold Coast residents and holidaymakers were relaxing on the beach and having fun, Robert Brzeski was fighting for his life and possessions. The police arrived, arrested the driver, and quickly established a crime scene.
