Robert Harper on strategic ways to solve problems, Civic Celebration 2026

Robert Harper is Senior Manager of Community Empowerment at Mortenson Construction. He joins Sheletta to talk about his new position at Mortenson Construction and who/what he focuses on during his day to day. Sheletta asks him about his history with the Capital Pathways Program at the Citizens League and the impact it has had on so many people starting out their lives. Robert speaks to the importance in supporting Capital Pathways and fostering supportive relationships for young people in effort to improve civic culture and more diverse representation.
