Her focus is on the ways built reality embodies ideas and even doctrine. She and her husband have sponsored exhibitions at the National Gallery in London including The Sacred Made Real and Francis of Assisi. She is a member of the Collectors Committee of the National Gallery in Washington, D.C. She is coming to the finish line of a book on how longing for the New Jerusalem has shaped art and architecture in the West. She has been a teacher and a journalist covering religion.
