It's All About Healing Podcast is dedicated to guiding its listeners towards self-discovery and finding peace of mind. Robin Black, the host, places a strong emphasis on mental health and aims to provide a platform for individuals to share their voices while gaining a better understanding of the energy they emit and addressing energy blockages. As a certified spiritual counselor and psychology empath, Robin invites guests to participate in meaningful discussions about their experiences.

She started her podcast because she suffered from past traumas and she has many stories, however, she no longer wanted to be crippled by fear. The fear of what others would think, or the fear of no one believing her. She stopped caring and decided to be that voice for others and impact the lives of others who are afraid. Hopefully, listening to her through her poetry/spoken word, or simply sharing her personal story will uplift others and help reduce the pain we hide internally.
