Robin Stallings talks Art on Display

Segment 2, December 9th, 2023 The Southpark Community Partners is celebrating the holidays with the Holiday Hop.  It started on December 6th and ends December 10th.  This includes free shuttle rides throughout the municipal district of Southpark, activities & deals, festivities, & a Window Walk. Our next guest, Robin Stallings, is a local artist with an interesting story.  Her art is on display at Jesse Brown’s, as a part of the Window Walk.  A celebration of local artists sharing their talents in collaboration with area businesses. Stallings’ art in the Sharon Corners Shopping Center will be on display for the entire month of December. Bill Bartee from the Charlotte outdoor store, Jesse Brown’s & host of the Carolina Outdoors had a chance to speak with Robin Stallings from Robin Stallings Art. Her father was a talented pottery maker in Gaston County (JS Pottery). She’s always loved the outdoors & that’s inspired her Nature Driven Collection Landscapes, Outdoor Activities, & Wildlife are a part of her display of art Her description of putting the diarama as a part of the Window Walk in Southpark Also: Stallings has raised thousands of dollars for different causes for women & children in the Charlotte-area.
