Hey Identifier, https://hiphop24x7.com/news/emily-ratajkowski-reveals-robin-thicke-groped-her-during-blurred-lines-video-shoot/ Emily Ratajkowski, the London-born US model and actress is releasing her new book called “My Body” which is expected to be on sale later this month. Before the release, apart from the book is published in Sunday Times of London, in which Emily revealed that singer Robin Thicke groped her on the set of “Blurred Lines” music video shoot, which featured her as one of the models. The song was released in 2013, as part of Robin Thicke’s self-titled album. The music video also features the guest artists Pharrell Williams and T.I. “Suddenly, out of nowhere, I felt the coolness and foreignness of a stranger’s hands cupping my bare breasts from behind,” she said. “I instinctively moved away, looking back at Robin Thicke, smiled a goofy grin, and stumbled backward, his eyes concealed behind his sunglasses. My head turned to the darkness beyond the set. Diane Martel’s [Director] voice cracked as she yelled out to me, ‘Are you okay?’” Emily adds, “I pushed my chin forward and shrugged, avoiding eye contact, feeling the heat of humiliation pump through my body. I didn’t react – not really, not like I should have.” Diane Martel talked to the Sunday Times of London and confirmed the incident. “I remember the moment that he grabbed her breasts. One in each hand. He was standing behind her as they were both in profile. I screamed in my very aggressive Brooklyn voice, ‘What the f**k are you doing, that’s it!! The shoot is over!” Blurred Lines topped charts all around the world in 2014, becoming the most downloaded single in the UK. However, others have criticized the song’s lyrics and music video, claiming that they allude to non-consensual s*x. The lines made Pharrell “embarrassed,” he later confessed. Thicke defended the video in 2013, telling the BBC that his detractors “didn’t grasp” the song. He also told the New York Times in 2015 that the lyrics were not meant to have sexual overtones. “I have never and would never write a song with any negative connotation like that,” he said. #EmilyRatajkowski RobinThicke #BlurredLines Leave us a Voice Mail or Support https://anchor.fm/the-identity-booth/message https://anchor.fm/the-identity-booth/support Sub to the channel here https://www.twitch.tv/theidentitybooth Donate https://streamlabs.com/projecteto/tip The Goal: Try to Identify with you as you try to Identify with me.
