Robustness Is Hard, Part 1

In today's episode, we talk about the R in the FRED Framework which stands for Robustness. It is HARD sometimes. I recorded this episode the morning I was going to get one of my front teeth removed. My shock, horror and disbelief in what my dentist was telling me, why I had no choice but to get it done (or it would have fallen out on me) and all the research rat holes I went down to get to this point. What's crazy is that it is a normal human experience and not just for old people. Next week I talk about post-procedural stuff but in this episode, I have a little bit of a pity party and you're invited! Have a little listen and let me know what you think via reviews, social media or via an email. I'm here to walk besides you on this human experience that no one is talking about...until now. If you want to support the show, jump on my Faves Page above and buy yourself something really nice. I do get a commission and I reinvest that money back into the show. Have a topic you'd like me to discuss? Send me a text here!
