Robustness Is Hard, Part 2

This episode is about going & growing through what might feel like a shameful situation such as tooth loss, which is hard. In the FRED framework, R stands for Robustness and when I was putting together the framework, I couldn't decide which one was more important- your physical or mental strength- I'm glad I roped them together because on this episode I talk about how my physical situation (losing a tooth) caused me tremendous mental stress- but also how I found peace through this whole process. Just like moving to the absolute best place for YOU, it's a process. Robustness is hard. It takes daily work but we can get you there! Here are some of the links I spoke about: A 2020 blog by Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry of Atlanta talks about the stats. Here's the story about Princess Glitterhead that I spoke of and you can find her on the Tik Tok. "Healed"on Prime Video is the movie I spoke of that Anita Moorjani had that awesome quote about remembering her mission (being in remission). Let me know what you think via reviews, social media or via an email. I'm here to walk besides you on this human experience that no one is talking about...until now. If you want to support the show, jump on my Faves Page above and buy yourself something really nice.
