Rocchio’s Walk-Off Double Seals Comeback | Cleveland Guardians News

Brayan Rocchio delivered a clutch two-run double in the ninth to spark a dramatic 7-6 comeback win for the Cleveland Guardians, cutting the AL Central race down to a half-game behind first-place Chicago. Rookie Travis Bazzana gave Cleveland an early lead with two homers, but the White Sox rallied to take a 6-4 lead after scoring four runs in the sixth. Rocchio’s walk-off heroics — his seventh career game-winner and fourth this month — sent the dugout into chaos. Cade Smith shut the door in five outs, and rookie Parker Messick will start the finale as Cleveland seeks a series sweep.
