from Ruta 89: Un viaje sonoro a los 80s y 90s

En sus 25 años, Rock al parque hizo lo justo; reunió a los artistas más representativos de su historia en un derroche musical apoteósico que celebró la diversidad del género y demostró una vez más que Bogotá es una ciudad que puede presumir de los más altos estándares artísticos. Durante tres días más 340 mil almas vibraron al ritmo que impuso un espectáculo sin precedentes que le rindió homenaje al rock nacional y latinoamericano. Desde el primer día se rompieron récords de asistencia. El sábado, dedicado al rock duro y al metal, llegaron al Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar 84.401 personas. El segundo día la cifra llegó a 94.518 personas, sumadas a las 5.076 que asistieron al Teatro Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, donde se presentaron los chilenos de 31 minutos, en el primer show infantil en la vida de Rock al Parque. El tercer día se batieron todos los récords en una fiesta que culminó con una presentación especial de la Orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá, precedida por Juanes y Fito Páez en el Escenario Plaza.
