Rock Solid Radio - Families Rock - Episode 179

from Rock Solid Families · host Rock Solid Families

When working with families we often see similar patterns that produce the good outcomes and those that produce the not so good outcomes.  When you work long enough in this field you can begin to make predictions of future outcomes based on current behavior patterns.  That doesn't make us a prophet, it just makes us aware of the simple concept of cause and effect.  In this show, Linda and Merrill introduce their approach to helping parents raise children with the greatest probability to success.  This program is called Families Rock!  As much as they would love to take credit for their approach, they must be honest and reveal that they did not create this approach, but rather, it comes from  the Father of all fathers , God the Father!  Through God's Word, He describes for us the many foundational principles for parents to raise children.  They are not complicated nor are they compromising in any way. Instead, they are perfectly in line with God's Nature.  Merrill and Linda help to break down God's Word by presenting His message in four basic areas: Authority, "Who's The Boss?" /  Outer Influences and Forces - "Parenting in a Tech Heavy World" /  Social and Emotional Factors - "When School is Tough" /  Essential Character Traits for Success - "CORE".  This show will introduce these basic areas as a brief overview of how parents can begin to gain greater insight into raising strong and well adjusted Christian people that will form the next generation. Support the show#Rocksolidfamilies, #familytherapy,  #marriagecounseling,  #parenting,  #faithbasedcounseling, #counseling, #Strongdads, #coaching, #lifecoach, #lifecoaching, #marriagecoaching, #marriageandfamily, #control, #security, #respect, #affection, #love, #purpose, #faith, #affairs, #infidelity
