As more and more people look for solutions to their problems from mankind, there are fewer people using prayer as a resource.  Often, you hear of prayer use as the last resort.  "If all else fails, you can always pray."  This use of prayer as a last resort actually speaks a great deal as to what people really believe and understand about prayer and God.  We may ask the question, "Why should I have to pray to God?
