Rock Star

The Summer of Song continues! This week, we go back in time to the mid/late 1980s... via 2001 in the Mark Wahlberg film Rock Star. Costarring Jennifer Aniston, Timothy Olyphant (pre-Boba Fett armor), and Timothy Spall, Rock Star tells the story of Chris Cole, the lead singer of a Steel Dragon cover band. Don't church it up son, it's a cover band. Chris gets his big break after being kicked out of his cover band to sing with the real band, Steel Dragon.
