Directed by Toby Brusseau and Michael Linn, Rocketman blends absurdity with ambition as it follows Mike and his ragtag crew of dreamers and skeptics. There’s Pat, the peace-preaching neighbor who’s never without his vape; Waldo, the reluctant rocket expert who denies being friends with Mike despite building his rocket; and, of course, Mike himself—a man who doesn’t believe in gravity but holds a world record for a limo jump.
