There are difficult things in life to deal with and Nehemiah has run the gamut. But perhaps, few things are so hard...so hurtful...as betrayal. The word by nature indicates this comes at the hand of a friend...a loved one...someone who promised to be there...maybe even stood beside you at the altar and said it before witnesses.
